📦 Shipping & Delivery Time

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time is usually 5–10 business days. International orders may take a little longer.

Where do you ship to?
We mostly ship from Germany and deliver throughout the EU.

How much are the shipping costs?
Our shipping costs are as follows:

🇪🇺 EU: €8.99

🔄 Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Does the statutory right of withdrawal apply?
Yes! As a customer in the EU, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of your order.

Are there any exceptions?
According to EU law (Article 16 lit. c of the Consumer Rights Directive), individually personalized products (e.g., printed with your name or desired text) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they were custom-made for you.

What happens to the shipping costs in case of a return?
Please note the following rule:
• The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
• If your order value falls below €30.00 due to a return, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
• In the case of a complete return, the original shipping costs will also not be refunded, as the condition for free shipping is retrospectively no longer met.

What do I do if a product is defective?
For manufacturing defects or damaged goods, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a photo of the problem. We will take care of it immediately!
